OUR PROCEDURES

Product Returns / Delivery Claims

If you find that there is something wrong with your order or you have received an unwanted product, we are more than happy to rectify this as soon as we can for you. We just need this reported within 24 hours of delivery and we will be investigate and resolve as quickly as possible.

Our aim is to ensure that you receive the best customer service possible. So to do this we just need the following information within the 24 hour time period:

  • The date of delivery

  • The claim that needs to be reported

  • Images of product if applicable
